General & Medical have an extensive list of facilities which we refer to as our Participating Hospitals. The costs of treatment within different facilities can vary enormously and as a result we are able to adjust our premiums to reflect the lower costs of treatment at certain facilities. We group our Participating Hospitals accordingly: ‘First Choice’, ‘Freedom’ and ‘Premium’, each level of insurance cover can be purchased with whichever Participating Hospital ‘group’ the client feels will best suit their requirements.
