Role Description
Sales Manager required for our expanding Healthcare company. We are offering a competitive salary (dependant on experience) + benefits.

An exciting opportunity for a focused sales professional. You will be based in our Peterborough office managing our sales team and helping them to achieve their targets. There may be the occasional need to travel to appointments for members of the team.

This role will involve increasing the profitability and growth of the company through your excellent track record in sales and sales management.

Main responsibilities:

Managing the Sales team
Ensuring team are compliant with their procedures in line with the FSA guidelines.
Occasionally attending appointments, conducting presentations & training
Keeping abreast of competitors and industry changes
Conducting reviews and monthly 121s.

The ideal candidate:

You will have a passion for sales and a determination to manage a team in order to succeed in a competitive market place. You will have experience of Sales Management and come from a sales background. Ideally you will have experience in the Finance/Insurance industry although this is not essential.
